You will no doubt be aware that Administrators and Receivers were called in to take control of ABC Learning after the Company's directors decided the business was either insolvent or likely to become insolvent. This is clearly a very anxious time for the many thousands of parents who have their children in care with ABC Learning, and this may have created an amount of uncertainty regarding the wider health of the child care sector in Australia.
We at Universal Childcare wish to put you at ease concerning the current and future health of our Child Care Centres.
We are a stand alone Company and have no association with ABC Learning. Furthermore, as a boutique, premium and most importantly a privately owned operator of childcare services we have not been effected by the demise of ABC Learning and will continue to operate to the high standards we have set ourselves.
