Waitlist Fee
  1. Universal Childcare Pty Limited charges a $50 (GST FREE) Waitlist Fee in application for a position on the waitlist for our individual centre's
  2. Payment of this fee is accepted by Visa and Mastercard only.
  3. Successful payment will result in your child's name being placed on the nominated centre's waitlist in date order of successful payment
  4. Universal Childcare Pty Limited does not disclose the number of available places available at each centre
  5. Universal Childcare Pty Limited and its related companies will offer enrolment based on the following circumstances:
    a. An appropriate position becomes available
  6. If an enrolment is offered it must be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the application online link and successful payment of the Initial Payment.
  7. Your waitlist application will be removed at your request, but should you wish to reapply for a Waitlist position an additional Waitlist Fee and new application must be submitted
  8. A single Waitlist fee will applicable per child
  9. Waitlist Fees are non-refundable
  10. Universal Childcare Pty Limited and its associated companies does not guarantee that the payment of a waitlist fee will result in an offer of enrolment
  11. Universal Childcare Pty Limited and its related companies reserves the right to amend the Waitlist application fee at any time
Initial Payment
  1. Universal Childcare Pty Limited and its related companies will offer a place based on matching the age, number of days and start date criteria as set in the Waitlist application
  2. Offer of Enrolment is confirmed by the following:
    (a) Completion of the online enrolment form
    (b) Payment of the initial payment (current Gross Daily Rate X No of Days enrolled X 4 Weeks)
    (c) Submission of the completed online enrolment form and payment of the within 48 hours of the offer
  3. The Initial payment is payable by Visa and Mastercard only
  4. The initial fee is :
    (a) non-refundable when enrolling your child into a Licensed Centre. Or
    (b) refundable until the date the Centre receives its License to operate from the Department of Community Services
    (c) offset against the last 4 weeks of fees with any residual balance refunded (4 weeks notice is required when withdrawing a child from our centre's)
  5. Universal Childcare Pty Limited and its related companies reserves the right to withdraw an enrolment offer
