refund policy
- The waitlist fee is not refundable
- The Initial Fee is:
(a) non-refundable when enrolling your child into a Licensed Centre. Or
(b) refundable until the date the Centre receives its License to operate from the Department of Community Services
(c) offset against the last 4 weeks of fees with any residual balance refunded
- Payment of an initial fee constitutes acceptance of a position and if this position is later declined prior to commencement the enrolment fee is foregone
- The Initial Payment secures your position at the centre and will be offset at the centre against the last 4 weeks of fees for your child's attendance at the centre. 4 Weeks notice in writing is required to withdraw your child from a Universal Childcare centre.
