“...we have been really impressed with the staff in Hami's toddler room and Mia's room. They genuinely seem interested in the children and have real, positive interaction with them. Mia really does seem to look up to Coleen and the others and seems to drink in what they say. She also loves all the sessions you do with them - I am currently being taught how to count to 10 in Italian and apparently I am not pronouncing dieci correctly! The team is very good in providing regular feedback on Hami and areas where he needs to develop, and generally for both classes it always seems like a nice environment for the kids - they seem to be having a great time, not simply being left to run wild.“ Fiona | Mia & Hami's Mum (Jacob's Ladder)

“The team ..... have been wonderful since my daughter, Charlotte, started there at the end of May. The girls (in particular Lydia and Melanie in Nursery 2) are very personable - we feel welcomed as parents and enjoy the fact they take the time to feedback annecdotes of Charlotte's day. They obviously know her! The environment is clean and bright and it is a real pleasure to read the daily diary and view the photos. The girls obviously put a lot of thought and creativity into the children's day making it both educational and fun. I think the greatest testament to the work they do is that Charlotte (19 months) calls out “Kindy, Kindy...!“ with delight when we get there in the mornings. Thank you to all of the team - you're doing a great job!“ Sarah & Greg | Charlotte's Mum (Little Dove Fairlight)

“Katherine is amazing with Charlie and appears delighted when he can complete a jigsaw puzzle beyond his age group. Erin is also lovely with every interaction I've had with her. Charlie seems to respect her and says "Yeah, Erin said it" to things I ask him about. He also talks about Erin at home. Sharon is also great and seems genuinely excited when Charlie walks in in the morning. It's lovely that everyone seems to call Charlie by his name whenever they see him, which gives the impression they all know him.“ Tamara | Charlie's Mum (Jacob's Ladder)

“It amazes me how the staff remain so positive, patient and full of enthusiasm which reflects on the children.“ Jacqui and Jason | Jack's Mum and Dad (Jacob's Ladder)

“...you guys do a sensational job looking after my prized little girl. Thanks also for helping me through my separation anxiety.“ Martine | Yumi's Mum (Jacob's Ladder)

“The new program is now underway and I think it is a really good full program for the kids. Lisa and Belinda have definately not shied away from work that's for sure as it looks to me like a lot of detail. Not only with organising the programme but making time for the kids to talk to them and ..... parents questions and they are always smiling. I am not sure if parents do realise the amount of work involved in the programs but I have noticed from Amelie that she is learning a lot. The girls have a good creative imagination which is obviously stimulating the same in the children. A big thanks to all involved ....... It is a pleasure to go into the Pre school room and see all the artwork and see happy kids.“ Amanda | Amelie's Mum (Little Dove Mosman)

“Just a quick email to let you and your entire team know how wonderful we have found Finley care thus far. Matt and I are thrilled that he has adapted so well. The entire staff are professional yet so caring and loving with all of the little ones, and their parents! It is comforting knowing that our precious little guy has a new family that love him nearly as much as we do. The facilities are terrific and the newsletter and pigeon hole updates are wonderful personal touches.“ Sharon & Matt | Finley's Mum & Dad (Jacob's Ladder)

“I now must express my absolute love of this centre.......... it has far surpassed my expectations in everyway, It is fabulous building filled with fabulous things for my children to play with and learn from, but much more importantly than that the STAFF are phenomenal. Every staff member I have dealt with ( Francis - most fabulous pre-school teacher I have ever met, Kate - always so happy and friendly, Ed - wonderful to see a male role model, Deb - such fabulous ideas for playtime, Songul- like mother earth, Jana, Mia - both so sweet and wonderful and of course Theresa - who has a big job, but is always happy to see everyone) have been amazing. I am constantly blabbing to everyone I know who lives locally about how great the centre is and recently my husband and I attended the local primary school kindergarden intro morning and were asked by many of the teachers what Little Dove Fairlight was like as it is a feeder to their school, and they were thrilled to hear how great we thought it was..... in my eyes this is the most wonderful place for my two little men Finn and Rafi to attend.“ Jennifer | Finn & Rafi's Mum (Little Dove Fairlight)

“Little Dove Cammeray is an oasis of fun and activity for little ones. Set above Cammeray Square the centre is part of a community that is vibrant and ever changing. The centre is fresh and new and through its purpose built design is bright, open and airy. There is plenty of outdoor area for the children to play in the sandpit or just run around. In addition to the open space for play with bikes, carts and cubby houses there are also quite corners to read and relax.” Bianca - William’s Mum (Little Dove Cammeray)

“The warm, friendly, safe environment that you have created at Little Dove Cammeray leaves us feeling assured that our two girls are safely and individually protected in their "home away from home". The team who care for our girls show dedication and professionalism and are a credit to you and your fantastic management style. We look forward to many more happy times at Little Dove Cammeray.” Jane & Howard - Aimee & Olivia’s Mum & Dad (Little Dove Cammeray)

“The centre always has a positive vibe and friendly faces to meet you - it is always sparkling clean and I know that every effort is made to ensure the environment is safe for the kids. I love the daily activity books that tell you about what they have all been up to - and especially love the slide show of images that play at the end and beginning of each day. All the rooms are extremely well resourced with everything from dress-up clothes to toy cars to indoor games and toys. I love that music is always playing - Joe's dancing is really coming along!” Beth | Joe’s Mum (Little Dove Cammeray)

“We could not be happier with our experience at Little Dove Cammeray. Our little girl’s confidence, ability to tackle new tasks and learn new concepts has soared. She gets so excited when it is time to go to “school”, she waves “bye bye” and blows a kiss, such a change from her first few weeks! We walk away with complete confidence knowing she is going to be entertained and cared for all day. It has been a joy to watch the camaraderie and cohesiveness between all the team members as it is outstanding! The team are always so professional and we appreciate the advice provided on caring for our little toddler such as dealing with tantrums, separation anxiety and my favourite ‘operation dum dum’ no more dummy in the day! Yippee!!” We love watching her having the time of her life when we pick her up in the afternoon, it is such a joy! Casey | Isla’s Mum (Little Dove Cammeray)

“…. I can see how much Jordi enjoys coming in the morning and how welcoming and caring everybody is with him. You are all doing a great job.” Eva - Jordi’s Mum (Little Dove Mona Vale)

“I just wanted to thank you and your team for looking after Toby so well - he seems very happy. It's such a relief to know that he is being well looked after, particularly while he is so young.” Sarah - Toby’s Mum (Little Dove Mosman)

“… just wanted to thank you so much for keeping us posted. I love the newsletters and photos. It’s great to see what the kids get up to especially as I don’t get a chance to do drop off or pick up. I’m very impressed with the effort put into the programming and also the newsletters. Also it’s very reassuring to see Zev having fun and participating.” Aliza - Zev’s Mum (Jacob’s Ladder)

“You guys all do an amazing job!” Isabella - Alexander’s Mum (Jacob’s Ladder)

“Thanks for the newsletter we all love reading it and especially for us who don’t get to drop off or pick up because of work, and the pictures are our highlight! We agree with all your philosophies and are not surprised the word is getting out! Good management is what makes the place work and that’s what we see is what is making things so professional, warm and fun.” Orit - Galit’s Mum (Jacob’s Ladder)

“I just wanted to say what a wonderful job I think everyone is doing. You're all coping wonderfully well with so many new children and can still manage a smile at what I can only assume is the end of a very long and exhausting day. Charlie is really enjoying the new centre and I must say I am relieved that she is so happy. She went to her old centre for 2 years and still cried some mornings when I left her. I haven't had any tears since we moved to Jacob's Ladder. And she just loves Colleen and Roni and talks about them often on the days she doesn't see them. Colleen is fantastic. She puts so much effort into each day with the kids and challenges them, it's just wonderful. I can't tell you how many "Australia Day flags" Charlie has pointed out since Colleen talked to the kids about Australia Day! As for Annabel, she's lucky to have so many great people to look after her. Like I said this afternoon I think it's truly wonderful to have so many male carers at the centre, what great role models and I truly think they add another dimension to the day. Louise is just a saint in my book. There have been days at home when I was tearing my hair out with two kids and she has so many more. It must be exhausting dealing with the baby's but as with everyone else she does it all with a big smile and kind words for everyone. I think you've created a truly wonderful centre that is so nurturing and we're lucky to be part of it.” Sarah - Charlie & Annabel’s Mum (Jacob’s Ladder)

“Firstly, the staff have been amazing! Everyone is upbeat, positive and extremely welcoming and friendly. The facilities are the best I have ever seen, and the quality is 5 star. My son, Cooper, loves going to school, there is never any moaning about having to go to Jacobs Ladder, that is a first for us, because at his last school it was always a drama getting him there. Coopers teacher Coleen, is always telling me about Coopers day in detail, and is ready to give him a kiss and a cuddle on arrival. We are really pleased we made the transition to the new school and look forward to sending our baby there. A huge thanks to you.” Cheryl & Andy - Hunter & Cooper’s Mum & Dad (Jacob’s Ladder)
